Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how UNCR LLP, BIN 250240017428, processes personal data of visitors to unicore.agency. Registered address: 010000, Республика Казахстан, город Астана, район Есиль, улица Сығанақ, здание 47, н. п. 24.

It applies to the website, enquiry forms and data transferred from the website to Kliento, the Operator’s own CRM. Processing is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Russian version prevails if translations differ.

• —name and surname, phone number, selected service, project message and any other information voluntarily included in the enquiry;
• —submission date and time, page, locale, form identifier and subsequent communication;
• —IP address, user agent, device type, referrer, landing URL, UTM tags and URL query parameters;
• —pseudonymous visitor and session identifiers stored in localStorage and sessionStorage;
• —page-view and form-submission events.

• —responding to the enquiry and contacting the visitor;
• —clarifying the task, preparing an estimate, proposal or agreement and providing services;
• —managing the enquiry and communication history in Kliento;
• —measuring acquisition sources and website performance;
• —preventing spam, abuse and technical attacks;
• —meeting legal obligations and protecting lawful rights.

Before submitting a form, the user is shown links to this Policy and the Personal Data Consent. Pressing the submit button records the user’s voluntary consent together with the document version, timestamp, form and request metadata.

Processing may include collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, use, permitted transfer, anonymisation, restriction and deletion. Automated spam scoring does not produce legal effects for the user.

The enquiries database and Kliento CRM are located in Kazakhstan. Access is limited to authorised staff and contractors bound by confidentiality.

Unconverted enquiries are retained only until the purpose is achieved and no longer than three years after the last communication. Technical analytics data is retained for up to twelve months. Contract records are retained for the periods required by contract and Kazakhstan law.

We do not sell or publish personal data. Website-to-Kliento transfer is internal processing by the same Operator. Access may be granted to Kazakhstan-based hosting, communications and support providers on a need-to-know and confidentiality basis, or to authorities under a lawful request.

Form data is not transferred across borders. If a user-selected service requires such a transfer, the Operator will provide notice and obtain separate consent where required by law.

We use role-based access, protected transmission, activity logs, backups, software updates and infrastructure access controls. Security incidents are handled under Kazakhstan law.

The site uses localStorage and sessionStorage for pseudonymous visitor and session identifiers and the first landing page. Users may clear them in browser settings. No third-party advertising cookies are used unless a future policy expressly says otherwise.

Users may request access, correction, restriction or deletion and may withdraw consent by emailing hello@unicore.agency. The request must contain enough information to verify the requester and locate the enquiry.
