The website describes Unicore services and accepts enquiries. Unless expressly stated otherwise, service descriptions, estimates, timelines and examples do not constitute a public offer.

Scope, price, schedule, deliverables and liability are agreed in a separate proposal or contract. Submitting a form does not itself create a contract or require the Operator to accept a project.

By pressing a form submission button, the user voluntarily consents to processing by UNCR LLP, BIN 250240017428. The user is identified by the name, surname and phone number entered in the form.

• —Data: name and surname, phone, selected service, message, voluntarily supplied email, company, role and project information, together with IP address, user agent, device, page, locale, referrer, landing URL, UTM and query parameters, visitor and session identifiers, form, date and time.
• —Purposes: responding, discussing and estimating the task, contracting and providing services, CRM management, source analytics, security and legal compliance.

The form displays links to this consent and the Privacy Policy before submission. The Operator records the document version, timestamp, form, page and request metadata as proof of the user’s action.

Website copy, design, graphics, code and brand assets belong to the Operator or are lawfully licensed. Reuse requires written permission unless permitted by mandatory law.

Users retain rights in materials they submit and permit their limited use to assess the task, prepare a proposal and provide agreed services.

The Operator aims to keep information accurate and the site available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Nothing here limits mandatory rights or liability under Kazakhstan law.

Kazakhstan law governs the website and this document. Questions or claims may be sent to hello@unicore.agency. The parties will first try to resolve disputes through negotiation.

This document applies together with the Privacy Policy. The Russian version prevails if translations differ.
